As part of the traditional "April 6 – Student Self-Governance Day" at the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University, the Chair of the Managing Board – Rector Beibitkul Karimova officially delegated her management authorities for one day to Roza Asetkyzy Rakhmatullaeva, a 3rd-year student of the Institute of Physics, Mathematics, and Digital Technologies.
The goal of the event is to develop students' managerial skills and bring a fresh perspective to university life. Additionally, the initiative aims to provide the administration and faculty with a deeper understanding of students' daily lives and to establish effective feedback.
Rector dedicated the day to closely observing the internal life of the institution. She personally attended lectures and seminars, inspected the condition of the buildings, and reviewed the university's material and technical resources.
Furthermore, in an open-format dialogue, the Rector listened to students' pressing issues and suggestions. She also attended a special seminar for the faculty and staff to familiarize herself with the collective's scientific and methodological activities.
