The Chair of the Managing Board – Rector of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University, Beibitkul Karimova, met with a delegation from Michigan State University (MSU), USA.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the further development of strategic partnership, the implementation of joint projects, and directions for academic knowledge exchange.
The university leadership emphasized that expanding international cooperation is a vital mechanism for strengthening interconnections in the fields of education and science.
The MSU delegation included Titus Awokuse, Vice Provost for International Studies and Programs and Dean, Amita Chudgar, Associate Dean for International Studies, Xinyu Wu, Director of the Visiting International Professional Program, Volodymyr Tarabara, Director of the Center for European and Eurasian Studies, and Yadu Pokhrel, Associate Director for Research at Asia Hub.
Within the framework of the meeting, the results of previous cooperation were analyzed, and priority areas for the coming period were identified. Titus Awokuse noted that the partnership between the two universities paves the way for academic exchange and strengthens ties within the international educational space.
The parties agreed to deepen cooperation in areas such as academic mobility, research internships, joint research projects, digital education, and the professional development of faculty members.
As part of the visit, the members of the foreign delegation toured the university campus and explored the QyzPU Museum and the library collection named after Seraly Kaniyev.
