The Board of Directors of the Non-Profit Joint-Stock Company "Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University", located at 114 Gogol Street, Almaty, 050000, announces a competition for the vacant position of Member of the Board – Vice-Rector for Infrastructure Development of the Non-Profit Joint-Stock Company "Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University".

The main subject of activity is the development and implementation of key policy directions of the University in the areas of infrastructure development, administrative and economic activities, and financial and economic support, as well as the coordination of the work of structural units in supervised areas in accordance with the strategic priorities and development tasks of the University.

 The purpose of the activity is to ensure the stable functioning and development of the University's infrastructure, efficient management of financial and material-technical resources, improvement of administrative and economic processes, and creation of favorable conditions for the implementation of educational, scientific, and other activities of the University.

Requirements for competition participants:

  • possession of higher and postgraduate education;
  • at least 3 years of work experience in leadership positions in educational institutions and (or) authorized bodies of relevant sectors.

The following persons cannot participate in the competition:

  1. those under twenty-five years of age;
  2. those who have previously committed a corruption offense;
  3. those with a criminal record that has not been expunged or cleared in the established manner;
  4. those registered in special medical institutions;
  5. other cases provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Persons applying for the competition shall submit the following documents in electronic and paper form (in Kazakh, Russian, and English):

  1. an application in the established form according to Annex 1;
  2. a copy of the identity document of the competition participant;
  3. a service record of the competition participant in the established form with a 3x4 color photograph according to Annex 2;
  4. copies of educational documents and their transcripts, with the provision of originals for comparison:
  • for citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan – except for educational documents issued to "Bolashak" international scholarship holders by foreign higher educational institutions, research centers, and laboratories, as well as those falling under international treaties (agreements) on mutual recognition and equivalence – copies of educational documents obtained from foreign educational institutions by citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan must be accompanied by copies of certificates of nostrification or recognition of these educational documents issued by the authorized body in the field of education;
  • for "Bolashak" international scholarship holders, a copy of the certificate of completion of studies under the "Bolashak" international scholarship of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan issued by the "Center for International Programs" Joint-Stock Company must be attached to the copies of educational documents;
  • for copies of educational documents falling under international treaties (agreements) on mutual recognition and equivalence, copies of certificates of recognition of these educational documents issued by the authorized body in the field of education must be attached.
  1. a copy of the document confirming labor activity certified by the HR service of the place of work (current or last);
  2. a medical certificate of health status in form No. 075/e (medical professional-consultative conclusion);
  3. a certificate from a psychoneurological organization issued no more than one year before the date of document submission in accordance with the legislation on public services;
  4. a certificate from a narcological organization issued no more than one year before the date of document submission in accordance with the legislation on public services;
  5. a document confirming the absence of a ban on holding the position in accordance with criminal legislation.

Acceptance of documents for the competition is carried out within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement.

The date and place of the competition will be announced additionally.
