On October 23, 2025, the S. Kaniev Scientific Library of the Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University hosted a festive evening titled “Kazakhstan – tugan zherim, uly olkem” (“Kazakhstan – My Homeland, Great Land”), dedicated to Republic Day.
The main purpose of the event was to instill in students a love for their homeland, a sense of patriotism, respect for state symbols, and to strengthen national consciousness and spiritual values.
The celebration involved faculty members and students from the Institute of Physics, Mathematics and Digital Technologies, as well as the Department of Information Technology and Library Science.
The program was organized by first-year students from the Library Science, Information Systems, and Applied Artificial Intelligence programs. It featured musical and dance performances, poetry, and a thematic quiz dedicated to the history and achievements of Independent Kazakhstan.
A special atmosphere was created by student performances of songs such as “Tugan Zher,” “Sultandarym,” and “Kok Tudyn Zhelbiregeni,” which highlighted the patriotic focus and emotional richness of the program.
The event “Kazakhstan – tugan zherim, uly olkem” served as a vivid example of the union of art and patriotism, contributing to the strengthening of national spirit and love for the homeland among young people.
