On October 30, 2025, the Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University (QyzPU) hosted a delegation from Shaanxi Normal University (China).
The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss opportunities for cooperation between the two universities in the fields of education and culture.
The Shaanxi Normal University delegation included Vice-Rector Dong Zhibao, Head of International Relations Zhang Lingyun, Director of the Institute of International Chinese Language and Culture Shi Luoxiang, and Head of External Cooperation Dou Wenyang.
QyzPU was represented by Vice-Rector for Infrastructure Development Yerkin Dusipov, Chief of Staff Nurzhan Shintaev, Director of the Postgraduate Education Department Moldir Abdraimova, Director of the Institute of Philology Aigul Satbekova, and Head of the Center for Internationalization of Educational Programs Aliya Zadakhanova, as well as specialists from the International Cooperation Department.
During the visit program, the delegation met with the university leadership to discuss promising areas and concrete steps for collaboration in education and culture. The guests also toured the university campus and visited the museum, where they learned about the history and achievements of QyzPU.
This meeting undoubtedly contributes to strengthening the partnership between the two universities and lays the foundation for implementing new initiatives in the field of education.
