On November 4, 2025, a new student self-governance organization — “QADAM” — was officially launched at the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology on the initiative of students.
The main goal of the organization is to develop students’ leadership qualities, enhance their creative and intellectual potential, and create opportunities for active participation in university life.
“QADAM” serves as a platform aimed at implementing student initiatives, developing new projects, and achieving shared goals through teamwork.
The organization’s core mission is to foster an active civic position among students, develop personal and leadership skills, create conditions for participation in social, cultural, and sports projects, and organize a vibrant and engaging student life within the university.
The activities of “QADAM” cover four main areas:
- Creative – a creative direction that includes artistic projects, cultural events, and concerts.
- Brain – an educational and scientific direction involving trainings, intellectual games, and research projects.
- Fit – a sports direction aimed at promoting students’ physical activity through tournaments, competitions, and fitness sessions.
- Lead – an organizational and volunteer direction focused on event planning and project management.
The “QADAM” organization provides every student with the opportunity to showcase their talents, implement new ideas, and take a confident step toward personal and professional growth.
The administration and faculty of the Institute are confident that the organization’s active work will give new momentum to student life and bring it to a qualitatively new level.
