The Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University hosted a meeting with the delegation of the Institute of Development of Lanzhou University (People’s Republic of China). The goal of the event was to strengthen academic ties between the two universities and promote international cooperation.
The Lanzhou University delegation included:
Ms. Zhao Chunhui, Secretary of the Party Committee and Researcher at the Institute of Higher Education;
Mr. Luo Yangyang, Professor at the Institute of Higher Education and Deputy Dean;
and Mr. Geng Lele, Professor at the same institute.
From QyzPU, the meeting was attended by:
Saltanat Jakubayeva, Head of the Department of International Cooperation;
managers of the department Asel Almabekova and Kyzgaltak Nysanbek.
During the meeting, the parties discussed university development strategies, areas of scientific research, student and faculty exchange programs, as well as opportunities for joint project implementation.
At the end of the visit, the delegation toured the QyzPU campus and museum, familiarizing themselves with the infrastructure of the academic buildings and the educational environment. This meeting became an important step toward elevating bilateral cooperation to a new level.
