A representative of the Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University (QyzPU), Senior Manager of the International Cooperation Department, Aydana Nurtaza, conducted a working visit to Malaysia, during which she held meetings with a number of key educational and cultural organizations in the country.

One of the main outcomes of the trip was the signing of a Letter of Intent (LOI) to initiate academic cooperation between Universiti Poly-Tech Malaysia (UPTM) and the Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University.

The document confirms the readiness of both parties for long-term and mutually beneficial partnership and outlines cooperation in the following areas: strengthening friendly and academic ties, developing academic partnerships, cultural initiatives, faculty exchanges, and joint development of comprehensive official agreements for the implementation of future projects.

The parties agreed to develop specific programs in these areas and to establish the necessary academic and organizational mechanisms for their implementation.

During the visit, Aydana Nuralievna also met with representatives of the International Transnational Education Association (ITEA) and the International Cultural Communication Center Malaysia (ICCCM). The discussions focused on the development of international academic mobility, joint educational initiatives, and the expansion of networked cooperation.

The discussions were productive and helped identify promising directions for future joint projects in the fields of transnational education and intercultural collaboration. The Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University continues to strengthen its global connections, expanding the geography of international partnerships and creating new opportunities for students, faculty, and the academic community.
