At the Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University, as part of Psychology Week, the intellectual quest-competition “Teacher Mind Games – 2025” took place. The main goal of the event was to deepen students’ understanding of educational psychology, develop professional and psychological thinking, support creative potential, and strengthen a culture of teamwork.
The competition was held in a special atmosphere: participants completed various interactive psychological tasks, informative stages, and creative activities. This allowed students to demonstrate their knowledge through practical tasks, develop logical thinking, and enhance quick decision-making skills.
Quest stages:
• Stage I – “Creative Presentation”: Teams introduced themselves creatively through poems, skits, dances, mini-performances, video clips, and animations.
• Stage II – “BrainBox” Quiz: Students answered questions (worth 10–40 points) on theories of educational psychology, learning motivation, temperament, and pedagogical communication.
• Stage III – “Psy Quest”: On each floor of the university, participants received tasks from volunteers and collected puzzle pieces, requiring logical thinking, quick decision-making, and teamwork.
• Stage IV – Creative Video Project “Aitarym Bar”: Teams prepared 2–3 minute creative videos on a preassigned topic, taking into account scientific accuracy, correct use of psychological terms, visual quality, editing, and practical examples.
The quest served as a psychological practicum, helping students develop thinking skills, communication abilities, and emotional resilience. Based on the results of the competition, the best teams received special diplomas, Letters of Appreciation, and books.
