By the Order of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 5, 2025, Beibitkul Karimova was appointed Chairman of the Board – Rector of the Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University.
In 1994, Beibitkul Sarsembekovna graduated from the Kazakh Women’s Pedagogical Institute with a degree in “Russian Language and Literature in Kazakh Schools,” after which she pursued postgraduate studies. She holds a Candidate of Philological Sciences degree.
She began her career at the Faculty of Philology of the Kazakh Women’s Institute, where she worked as Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and as a lecturer in the Department of Russian Philology.
Over the course of 30 years of professional activity, she has honorably held leadership positions in the field of education. She worked as the director of the college of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and as the director of the Republican Scientific and Practical Center “Uchebnik.” From January 2020 to the present, she has headed Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University in the position of Chairman of the Board – Rector
Beibitkul Sarsembekovna is the author of more than 90 scientific works in the areas of linguistics, comparative grammar, linguistic personality studies, and textbook studies. She has completed professional development programs in Washington (USA), France, Finland, and South Korea.
