On December 12, a thematic event dedicated to Independence Day, titled “Tauelsizdik Tugyrym!”, was held at the Seraly Kaniev Scientific Library.
The event was jointly organized by the library staff, first-year students of Group 4 of the Biology educational program, as well as college students.
During the event, participants deeply reflected on the significance of the historical events that led to Independence and paid tribute to the past by observing a minute of silence.
Students’ creative performances and short stage presentations revealed the main theme of the event, while specially prepared historical video materials helped form a new perspective on key historical stages.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Director of the Library, Asem Otegenova, delivered a closing speech and presented awards to active students.
