By the decision of the Academic Council, the Chair of the Managing Board – Rector of QyzPU, Beibitkul Karimova, officially awarded the title of Honorary Professor of the University to Professor Lo Sing Kai, a representative of the East Asia University of Science and Technology.
The Rector expressed her sincere gratitude to the scientist, highlighting Professor Lo Sing Kai's significant contribution to the development of science and education, as well as his active work in strengthening international academic relations.
Notably, Professor Lo Sing Kai is an alumnus of the University of California, has held leadership positions at the Education University of Hong Kong and Deakin University, and is the author of over 250 scientific publications. The scholar, who has conducted joint projects with the World Health Organization, currently holds the title of Honorary Professor at the East Asia University of Science and Technology.
This award is an important step toward strengthening our university's ties with foreign partners and enhancing its prestige in the international scientific and educational community.
