On April 23–24, the 18th National Subject Olympiad for students of the "Geography Teacher Training" educational program was held at the Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University, organized by the Department of Geography.
The goal of the event was to unlock the creative potential of future educators, develop their intellectual capital, and enhance their professional qualifications. During the intellectual competition, along with supporting gifted students, tasks were implemented to inspire young people's interest in research activities and involve them in addressing current issues in modern geographical science.
Throughout the two-day educational challenge, future geography teachers comprehensively demonstrated their theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
According to the results of the competition, participants who showed a high level of academic excellence and exceptional creative inquiry were recognized as the best. Students who achieved high results in the contest became winners and were awarded special degree diplomas and letters of appreciation.
