Students of the Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University won a prize at the XVIII Republican Subject Olympiad for undergraduate students in the "Kazakh Language and Literature" educational program, held at the Ualikhanov University in Kokshetau.
The goal of the event was to evaluate the theoretical and practical knowledge of students, refine their professional thinking, and develop decision-making skills in an interdisciplinary environment.
Additionally, this intellectual competition aims to boost the professional development of young philologists and contribute to the preparation of qualified personnel for the national education system.
The intellectual contest consisted of three stages: testing, comprehensive analysis, and practical assignments in a lesson-delivery format. As a result of the competition, which featured 24 teams, the team of students from the "Kazakh Language and Literature" program of the Department of Kazakh Literature at the Institute of Philology took III place.
The winning students are:
- Asem Mergenbay – 4th-year student;
- Alua Zhumakhan – 4th-year student;
- Zhanmeiyirim Shalabayeva – 3rd-year student.
The high level of preparation and the successful performance of the team were supervised by Bagila Panzabek, Master and Senior Lecturer.
