Within the framework of the International Festival "School – University – Market: A New Architecture of Education" held at the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University, an online signing ceremony was organized for a dual-degree educational program agreement between QyzPU and Lanzhou University (People's Republic of China).

The official meeting was attended by university leaders and educational experts from both sides. From the Chinese side, the agreement was endorsed by the Rector of Lanzhou University, Yan Chunping.

It is worth noting that cooperation between the two institutions began in December last year. At that time, the parties signed a partnership memorandum and subsequently held an official meeting at the university campus during this academic year. Therefore, this current agreement serves as a continuation of elevating bilateral international relations to a new level.

This document will allow students to study concurrently at both universities in the future, earn a dual degree, and gain international experience. Furthermore, the agreement will contribute to expanding academic ties, strengthening cooperation in education and science, and opening new avenues for the professional development of both faculty members and learners.
