The traditional event "Job Fair – 2026: A Confident Step into the Future!" was held at the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University, organized by the "Professional Practice and Career" department. The main goal of this large-scale event was to facilitate the employment of graduating students, establish a platform for direct dialogue between young specialists and employers, and provide career guidance. In total, nearly 2,000 graduates and about 100 leading educational organizations and top companies participated in the fair.
The large-scale event saw participation from Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools, as well as preschool, secondary, and specialized secondary education organizations of Almaty city and the Almaty region representing the educational sector.
Government and social structures were represented by the Department of the Correctional System for Almaty City and the Almaty City Labor Mobility Center. Additionally, active participation was shown by creative centers, the "Centralized Library System" of Almaty city, and research institutes in the fields of culture and science, alongside second-tier banks and travel agencies from the business and service sectors.
During the gathering, the graduating students met directly with employers and explored available job vacancies through one-on-one discussions with company representatives.
They submitted their resumes directly to HR specialists, received valuable career advice from experienced professionals, and gathered the most up-to-date information regarding admission to Master's degree programs.
