The traditional sports tournament among the faculty, staff, and the College of Professional Education has kicked off at the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University, organized by the Department of Physical Education and Sports.
The purpose of the sporting event is to promote a healthy lifestyle among the collective, encourage regular physical activities, and strengthen corporate culture and sports cooperation between structural subdivisions.
The tournament, held at the university sports complex, is being organized from June 9 to June 25 of this year across 7 sports disciplines. Participants compete in table tennis, swimming, volleyball, chess, togyzkumalak, tug-of-war, and shooting.
Following the results of the competitions, winners in individual and team standings will be awarded special diplomas, cups, and medals. Additionally, by the decision of the organizing committee, outstanding participants will receive special nominations, including "For the Will to Win," "Best Sharpshooter," "Best Team," and "For the Sporting Spirit."
