The Chair of the Managing Board – Rector of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University,  Karimova Beybitkul Sarsemkhanovna, reviewed the Admission Committee's preparedness for the 2026–2027 academic year.

During the visit, the Head of the Admission and Career Guidance Department, Saltanat Maulenovna Abikenova, presented the designated admissions area, emphasizing that the university has established all necessary provisions for the enrollment campaign.

The committee is fully equipped with required technical infrastructure, alongside designated rest areas, medical assistance stations, and counseling rooms, with responsible specialists, technical secretaries, and consultants assigned to their roles.

Meeting with the members of the Admission Committee, the Rector highlighted the significance of the enrollment phase for both the university's institutional image and the applicants' future career choices. "Our primary responsibility is to conduct the admissions process at the highest level by offering high-quality, transparent, and accessible guidance to every applicant. Therefore, each staff member involved in this campaign must approach their duties with utmost responsibility," stated Beybitkul Sarsemkhanovna.

The Admission Committee will officially launch its operations on June 20. To support the process, 14 technical secretaries representing the university’s 5 institutes and 16 student consultants will be working on-site. They will provide comprehensive guidance on admission requirements for the 2026–2027 academic year, academic programs, state grant competition procedures, and document submission stages.

To ensure a seamless experience, a self-service zone has been arranged where applicants can register and upload their documents into the Platonus electronic system. Following this, applicants receive an electronic queue ticket to submit their physical documents to the technical secretaries when called. Furthermore, separate counseling rooms for each educational program and dedicated visitor lounges are available.

Today, the university provides education to over 12,000 students. The institution comprises a college and 5 institutes: the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology, the Institute of Philology, the Institute of Physics, Mathematics, and Digital Technologies, the Institute of Natural Sciences, and the Institute of Social Sciences, Humanities, and Arts.
