Member of the Board – Vice-Rector for Research and Strategic Initiatives of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University, Aktolkyn Kulsarieva, and Chief of Staff, Bota Kozhina, are participating in the first China-SCO Science, Technology, and Innovation Cooperation Conference, currently taking place in Qingdao (Shandong Province, PRC).

The event is organized under the theme "Together Towards New Heights: Results and Prospects of SCO Scientific and Technological Integration."

The official delegation of our country also includes the Vice-Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Gulzat Kobenova, and the Acting Chairman of the Science Committee of the MSHE RK, Zhaiyk Toktarov.

The large-scale event has brought together political figures, scientists, heads of science and technology enterprises, and young innovators from the SCO member states. They are engaging in dialogues in fields such as artificial intelligence, modern agriculture, life and health, and intellectual property protection.

The main venue for the conference is the China-SCO Science, Technology, and Innovation Cooperation Center, established in September 2025 during the Tianjin Summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation. This center serves as a platform for technology transfer, digitalization, and the launch of joint high-tech and investment projects.

The development trends in modern science and technology necessitate the continuous adaptation of methods for teacher training and professional development. Today, international partnerships in this direction are expanding dynamically. Such global connections play a vital role in broadening scientific collaboration.
