From June 15 to June 30 of this year, the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University hosted a professional development course on "Research Methods" for faculty members and researchers.
The session was led by Dr. Dinara Sultan (PhD), a researcher at University College London (UCL), expert in higher education policy and management, and former leader of World Bank projects.
The instructor's international experience in human capital development and educational reform in Central Asia provided participants with a deep understanding of modern research methodologies.
During the two-week program, university researchers enhanced their practical skills in research project planning, data collection and analysis, academic writing, and the effective use of digital research tools.
As a result of the training, participants developed initial drafts of scientific articles intended for publication in domestic and international peer-reviewed databases.
This initiative represents a systematic contribution to strengthening the institution's research capacity and advancing the Sustainable Development Goals focused on Quality Education (SDG 4) and Partnerships for the Goals (SDG 17).
