As part of the cooperation between the Center for Women's Leadership and Entrepreneurship of Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University and the "ARMAN DALA" Children's Health Center, students held a meeting with counselors.
University students have been successfully collaborating with this center under the "SANA" project for over three years.
During the meeting, participants learned about the camp's operational system, counsellor responsibilities, communication strategies with children, and safety regulations, receiving practical insights into modern methodologies from industry specialists.
Following the event, students completed the center's free training course, consolidating their professional competencies in practice. Participants who successfully completed the program were awarded special certificates. Thanks to these certificates, students now have the opportunity to secure official paid employment at the "ARMAN DALA" center during extracurricular time and seasonal holidays, gaining valuable work experience.
This initiative serves as a direct contribution to achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals: SDG 4 ("Quality Education"), SDG 8 ("Decent Work and Economic Growth"), and SDG 17 ("Partnerships for the Goals").
