Today, the plenary session of the Republican August Conference was held in Astana. Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev addressed the event, focusing on pressing educational issues and emphasizing the key role of teachers in society.

A delegation from Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University, led by Chair of the Board – Rector Beibitkul Karimova, attended the important meeting themed "Human Capital, Education, Progress – Core Values of the People's Constitution."

The conference highlighted issues such as enhancing teachers' professional qualifications, fair assessment of education quality, mitigating teacher shortages in schools, relieving teachers from paperwork and non-teaching duties, supporting gifted children, and integrating artificial intelligence and digital technologies into the education system. Additionally, speakers stressed the importance of embedding constitutional values alongside the concepts of "Law and Order," "Adal Azamat" (Honest Citizen), and "Taza Qazaqstan" (Clean Kazakhstan) into educational content.

The Head of State underscored the shared responsibility of all stakeholders – the state, teachers, and parents – stressing the vital balance between quality education and proper upbringing for the younger generation. "Educating responsible and honest citizens who will serve as the foundation of a Just, Strong, Safe, and Clean Kazakhstan is our common duty," the President stated.

These goals hold profound significance for Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University, which specializes in training pedagogical staff.

Guided by the priorities set by the Head of State, the university will continue to contribute to preparing a new generation of educators possessing deep knowledge, high professional competencies, mastery of modern technologies, and a strong sense of responsibility for the country's future.

At the conclusion of the event, several distinguished teachers who achieved outstanding success in the field of education were honored with State Awards.
