Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University has established the Student Kurultai for the first time, providing students with an opportunity to participate in the university's social and strategic development.

The primary objective of the Kurultai is to represent student interests, systematically gather their proposals and initiatives, maintain a continuous dialogue with university leadership, and ensure student involvement in decision-making processes.

The Student Kurultai operates on the principles of transparency, mutual responsibility, and constructive dialogue. Its structure comprises 10 specialized committees covering science, academic quality, infrastructure, digital development, ecology, culture, social issues and inclusion, entrepreneurship, legal literacy, and international cooperation.

The committees analyze student feedback and develop initiatives aimed at enhancing educational quality and academic integrity, fostering research activity, improving infrastructure and digital environments, addressing social conditions, and cultivating legal and environmental awareness among students.

The conceptual foundation of the Kurultai is rooted in the "Parasat Mektebi" framework, which focuses on the cultural, intellectual, and personal development of students, promoting civic responsibility and leadership skills.

Composed of high-achieving and active student representatives, the Kurultai acts as a direct bridge to the university administration, helping turn student ideas into actionable solutions.

The Student Kurultai serves as an essential platform that elevates the culture of student self-governance to a new level and empowers youth to actively contribute to the university’s development.
