A student meeting on the theme "Academic Mobility: New Opportunities and International Experience" was held at the Faculty of Education and Psychology of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University.

The purpose of the event was to acquaint students with the opportunities of academic mobility programs, encourage their participation in the international educational space, and share the experience of students who have studied at foreign higher education institutions.

During the event, students were provided with information on the features of internal and external academic mobility, requirements and stages of participation in the program, and the procedure for preparing the necessary documents. In addition, the importance of the GPA indicator, the level of foreign language proficiency, the selection of partner universities, the procedure for aligning disciplines and credits, and the recognition of learning outcomes were explained.

In the main part of the meeting, students who studied abroad through the academic mobility program shared their experiences. They spoke about their period of study at such universities in Turkey as Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University, Gazi University, Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University, Samsun University, as well as Maria Grzegorzewska University in Poland, sharing their views on the educational process in foreign universities, student life, adaptation to the international environment, and cultural features.

This gathering was held in the format of a free dialogue, during which students asked questions and exchanged views on issues related to academic mobility, studying abroad, and adapting to a new environment. During the meeting, it was emphasized that academic mobility allows students not only to gain international experience, but also to improve their professional and language skills.

At the end of the event, students participated in a survey on academic mobility, expressing their opinions regarding the areas of interest and foreign higher education institutions. The survey results will serve as a basis for improving information work in this direction.
