Beibitkul Karimova, Chairman of the Board – Rector of the Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University, met with veteran teachers of the university.
Opening the meeting, the Rector expressed her appreciation to the representatives of the older generation and highlighted their contribution to the establishment and development of the university.
“People say, ‘Elders are the strength and wealth of a family.’ You are a valuable asset to our university. Your life journey and professional experience will always serve as an example for future generations.
Today, our university is developing new areas and evolving in line with the demands of the times. Whatever changes may take place, they are built on the traditions you established, the experience you accumulated and the results of your dedicated work. We are continuing the work that you began,” said Beibitkul Karimova.
The event organizer, Lyazzat Makhaevna Adilbekova, Chair of the University’s Trade Union Organization, emphasized the important role of the meeting in strengthening intergenerational continuity: “To respect a teacher means to value their knowledge and experience, their human qualities, and the example they leave for future generations.”
At the end of the meeting, the veteran teachers expressed their support for the university’s new initiatives, wished the university community success and offered their blessings.
