Sabit Suatai, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, and Duman Zhekenov, Vice-Rector for Social Development and Student Affairs at the Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University, met with the leadership, academic staff and students of Gazi University during their visit to Ankara.
During the meeting, the Gazi University community was presented with the Turkish-language edition of the monograph The Qurultai Phenomenon, co-authored by statesman and public figure, Doctor of Economics and Professor Omarhan Oksikbayev, and Turkologist Zharipbay Orazbay.
The monograph explores the traditions of statehood among Turkic peoples and their shared historical and cultural heritage. The Turkish-language edition was first presented on 19 October at an international academic and cultural event held in Ankara.
The parties discussed expanding their strategic partnership under the memorandum of cooperation between the two universities, strengthening academic ties, and developing joint educational and research projects.
