Beibitkul Karimova, Chairman of the Board -Rector of the Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University, presented letters of appreciation to representatives of foreign universities and organizations in recognition of their participation in the II China–Central Asia Symposium and their contribution to the development of international cooperation in science and education.
The letters of appreciation were presented to Cao Yong’an, Founder and President of Qiqihar Institute of Engineering; Lu Caichen, Director of the Institute of Higher Education at Lanzhou University; Ma Jinyuan, Executive Deputy Director of the Institute of Educational Innovation and Practice at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou); Yu Xiaoyan, Director of the Office of Development Planning at Hangzhou Normal University; Hu Weiyue, Secretary of the Board of Directors of Xi’an Eurasia University; Imomalizoda Bahodur, Dean of the Faculty of Digital Technologies and Information Security at Nosiri Khusrav Bokhtar State University; Deng Hong, Chinese Director of the Confucius Institute at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University; and other international partners.
Following the symposium, the international guests attended a university-hosted celebration marking Republic Day of Kazakhstan. The festive programme introduced the university’s international partners to Kazakhstan’s culture and national traditions while helping strengthen cultural ties between the participating countries.
