Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University hosted a psychological training session and masterclass on “Respectful Communication” as part of the “Integrity in Teaching – Integrity in the Learning Environment” week.
The event aimed to foster mutual respect, develop effective communication skills, improve active listening and mutual understanding, and promote integrity and respectful interaction in the professional environment.
Representatives of the Military Institute of the Land Forces named after Sagadat Nurmagambetov attended the event.
During the session, participants took part in psychological exercises and explored the importance of trust, empathy, and mutual support in communication. The initiative sought to support young people's personal development and foster a positive environment grounded in moral values.
