The Department of Early Childhood Education at the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology of Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University organized a motivational lecture titled “Ethical Entrepreneurship: From Idea to Success” as part of the “Парасатты педагог – парасатты орта” week.
The guest of honor was Kulyanda Ualiakhyzy Batyrbekova, an education professional and founder and director of the private Erkem-Ai kindergarten.
During the lecture, the speaker shared her professional journey and entrepreneurial experience, highlighting the practical aspects of launching independent initiatives and the importance of professional competence in education.
The event was also attended by Akgul Murzaliyevna, Dean of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology, and Aigerim Meirkhanovna, Head of the Department of Early Childhood Education.
The lecture aimed to broaden students’ understanding of entrepreneurship opportunities in education and encourage the professional development of future educators.
