We would like to inform you that dormitory accommodation will be available at the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University for the 2024–2025 academic year.

Dormitory accommodation will be allocated to students belonging to special social categories on a competitive basis, based on the decisions of a specially established commission.

The following students fall under the special social categories:

  1. Persons with disabilities, persons with disabilities since childhood, and children with disabilities;
  2. Orphans and children left without parental care;
  3. Students whose one or both parents have disabilities;
  4. Ethnic Kazakh returnees (Qandastar);
  5. Students from large families who have a certificate confirming their family's eligibility for State Targeted Social Assistance;
  6. International students;
  7. Active members of student self-government organizations.

Persons with disabilities, persons with disabilities since childhood, and children with disabilities

1. Copy of an identity card; 2. Disability certificate; 3. Certificate confirming that the student does not own a house or apartment in Almaty.

Students without parental care, students under guardianship, orphans who have lost both parents, and graduates of orphanages and youth homes

1. Copy of an identity card; 2. Copy of a birth certificate; 3. Copy of a court decision on the deprivation of parental rights or a parent's death certificate; 4. Certificate confirming that the student does not own a house or apartment in Almaty.

Students whose one or both parents have disabilities

1. Copy of an identity card; 2. Copy of a birth certificate; 3. Certificate confirming the disability of one or both parents; 4. Certificate confirming that the student does not own a house or apartment in Almaty.

International students

1. Copy of an identity card; 2. List provided by the Head of the International Relations Department.

Students from large families with children under the age of 18 (with a certificate confirming receipt of State Targeted Social Assistance)

1. Copy of an identity card; 2. Copy of a birth certificate; 3. Certificate of family composition; 4. Certificate of family income; 5. Certificate confirming receipt of State Targeted Social Assistance; 6. Certificate confirming that the student does not own a house or apartment in Almaty.

Students actively involved in university activities

1. Certificate confirming that the student does not own a house or apartment in Almaty; 2. List signed by the Head of the Youth Policy Center.

Additionally, second-, third-, and fourth-year students who do not belong to the above-mentioned categories have the opportunity to register on the dormitory accommodation waiting list and apply for accommodation in several hostels in Almaty.
