Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University announces a competition for vacant faculty and senior management positions for the 2026-2027 academic year
List of required documents: Individuals wishing to participate in the competition must submit the following:
1) University Employees:
- Application for participation addressed to the Chair of the Managing Board-Rector (Appendix 1);
- Candidate profile (Appendix 3);
- Questionnaire for evaluating the candidate's activities (Appendix 4);
- List of scientific works and inventions certified by the Chief Scientific Secretary (for the last 5 years);
- International language exam certificates (IELTS/TOEFL/PTE/FCE) and originals for verification (notarized) (if available);
- Copies of certificates of professional retraining and advanced training (if available) (for the last 5 years);
- Presentation of a project on a discipline and/or educational program (electronic format, max 10 slides);
- Development program project (for Institute Directors, Deputy Directors, and Program Leaders);
2) External Candidates:
- Application for participation addressed to the Chair of the Managing Board-Rector (Appendix 1);
- Personal data sheet (HR record) from the current workplace;
- Autobiography (Appendix 2) and a professional reference or recommendation from the last workplace;
- Candidate profile (Appendix 3);
- Copies of diplomas (higher education, academic and scientific degrees), certificates of academic titles, and originals for verification (notarized);
- Copies of retraining/advanced training certificates and international language certificates (IELTS/TOEFL/PTE/FCE) (if available);
- List of scientific works and inventions signed by the candidate and certified by the Program Leader and the Scientific Secretary (if available);
- Medical certificate (Form 075);
- Information regarding criminal records (homicide, intentional harm, crimes against health/morality, sexual integrity, terrorism, or human trafficking);
- Information regarding corruption-related offenses (for management positions);
The list of vacant positions for each institute is available on the university website at https://qyzpu.edu.kz/rukz (under the "Vacancies" section). Applications must be submitted within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of publication. The date, location, and format of the competition will be announced later.
