Dear University Staff! The Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University is pleased to present a unique educational project for senior citizens (50+) – the "Silver University."
This initiative is designed for representatives of the older generation who have retired but maintain a strong desire for continuous learning.
The project aims to assist in mastering modern technologies, support active longevity, and build a dedicated community for communication and experience sharing.
To meet the specific demands of the participants, the program offers several tailored training tracks. Attendees can take a digital literacy course covering smartphones, public e-services, and internet safety; learn English; or choose creative paths such as painting, dombra playing, and choreography. Additionally, the curriculum includes the fundamentals of legal and financial literacy, focusing on protection against fraud and navigation of legal benefits, as well as health-oriented subjects including gymnastics, physiotherapy, swimming, and the psychology of aging.
To enroll in this social educational project, applicants must be citizens aged 50 and above who are currently retired.
Upon completion of the course, a certificate of the established format will be awarded.
