Step 1. Download and review the admission rules on the website.
Step 2. Choose an educational program.
Step 3. Register for the Comprehensive Testing through the National Testing Center website: https://app.testcenter.kz
Step 4. Submit documents to participate in the competition for a state grant.
Step 5. Submit documents for enrollment.
Step 6. For any questions, contact the admissions committee directly by phone.
To enroll in a master's program, applicants must pass comprehensive testing:
1. A test in a foreign language (if an applicant has an international certificate, they may be exempt from taking the foreign language block according to the score conversion scale);
2. A test to determine readiness for study;
3. A test in the profile of the group of educational programs (two subjects).
Registration for the comprehensive testing is conducted through the website of the National Testing Center (NTC): http://app.testcenter.kz
A trial comprehensive test can also be taken on the NTC website.
Minimum Passing Score:
- To participate in the competition for state grants — 75 points;
- For tuition-based (paid) study — 75 points.
When participating in the competition for state educational grants, applicants can choose one group of educational programs and 3 universities.
For scientific and pedagogical master's programs taught in Kazakh or Russian, applicants must score at least 75 points, including:
- in the foreign language test — at least 25 points;
- in the profile of the group of educational programs:
a) when choosing one correct answer — at least 7 points;
b) when choosing one or several correct answers — at least 7 points;
- in the test to determine readiness for study — at least 7 points.
1) application addressed to the chairman of the Management Board-Rector;
2) document on higher education (diploma with attachment, original);
3) a copy of the identity card-2 copies;
4) certificate confirming proficiency in a foreign language (if any):
on knowledge of English:
- IELTS Academic, threshold score-not less than 6.0;
- Toefl IBT, threshold score-not less than 60 points;
on knowledge of the German language:
- Not lower than DSH - B2;
- Not lower than the TDF - B2 level;
on knowledge of the French language:
- TFI-not lower than B2;
- DELF-not lower than B2;
- DALF-not lower than B2;
- TCF-not lower than B2 level;
5) medical certificate of form 075 / E with fluorography;
6) Photo 3 * 4 cm. - 2 pieces;
7) a document confirming employment (for persons with work experience);
8) list of scientific and methodological works (if any);
Warning:
Documents in paragraphs 3,8 are submitted in originals and copies, after verification, the originals are returned to the applicant; When submitting an incomplete list of the above documents, the admissions committee does not accept documents from applicants. Applicants to the master's program indicate in the application one group of educational programs and 3 universities.
