Within the framework of the International Festival of Pedagogical Ideas "School – University – Market: A New Architecture of Education" held at the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University, a series of large-scale events continues.
This time, the main focus was placed on one of the most effective international methods in the education system – the Lesson Study approach. The second part of the Forum of Educational Organization Leaders, organized as part of the festival, was fully dedicated to a poster gallery by final-year students of the university's institutes, where future educators successfully defended their first large-scale research works on the topic "Lesson Study – A Collaborative Pedagogical Approach."

Emphasizing the importance of research work in education, the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of QyzPU, Suatay Sabit Kurmanzhanuly, noted: "The Lesson Study poster gallery, held within the 'University – School – Market' model, keeps education closely connected with the labor market and directly contributes to shaping our graduates into competitive research specialists. By examining the effectiveness of the lesson research approach through these student studies, we aim to transform the Women's University into a place of new opportunities that nurtures an innovatively thinking, intellectual young generation."

During the event, the results of applying the Lesson Study approach were presented to the festival guests and school leaders through official presentations, demonstrations, and insightful poster presentations. Furthermore, the participants extensively discussed current issues of lesson research and the specifics of its implementation in modern schools.

Through these studies by graduating students, the effectiveness and importance of utilizing the Lesson Study approach in higher education were comprehensively examined, and valuable suggestions for further systematic development of this direction were made. Holding the festival in such a "University – School – Market" model allows education to be viewed in close connection with school life and the labor market, directly contributing to the graduates becoming competitive specialists in the future.
In order to support the students' scientific research, the event concluded with the presentation of special letters of appreciation to the project supervisors and certificates to the young researchers.
