Today, an educational training session was held for students on the topics: "Developing Cognitive Abilities" and "Emotional Management – A Skill of a Successful Individual." The seminar, organized by the Department of Reader Services and Information-Bibliographic Work, was attended by students with disabilities from various universities.
The main objective of the session was to enhance thinking, memory, attention, and emotional regulation skills—tools that will help students move forward confidently in their personal development.
During the training, participants learned methods to improve concentration, memory, and cognitive processes. Students expressed their dreams and goals using modeling clay, which helped develop their self-expression abilities. Special emphasis was placed on recognizing, understanding, and managing emotions.
The event took place in a relaxed and interactive atmosphere. Exercises, team activities, and open discussions encouraged active participation, enriched the training content, and made the experience more memorable.
At the end of the session, participants received letters of appreciation and commemorative gifts. The seminar became an important step in students’ journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and building a successful future.
