    • Mastering digital technologies in the modern education system is the basis for quality education

On April 29, as part of the action plan "Science Month - 2025", a scientific seminar was held at the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University as part of the academic mobility program on the topic "Using the GeoGebra program in teaching a mathematics course."

The purpose of the event was to discuss the possibilities of modern digital technologies in improving the quality of education and to master the methods of effectively implementing the GeoGebra program in the educational process.

During the seminar, Professor of the Caspian University of Technology and Engineering named after Sh. Yessenov, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Gulash Koschanova presented in detail the structure of the GeoGebra program, its main functions and features of application in the educational process. The professor proposed specific methods for the effective use of the program tools in algebra, geometry and mathematical analysis lessons. Particular attention was paid to the importance of 3D modeling methods in studying the course of stereometry. Demonstrating in practice the construction of figures - from points in space to complex solids of revolution and polyhedrons, the professor proved the important role of visualization in the development of spatial thinking and creative abilities of students.

In the practical part of the seminar, the participants mastered the methods of representing axioms and theorems in space using interactive drawings. The possibilities of performing traditional tasks using a ruler and compass in a digital environment were also demonstrated. Educational materials created on the basis of 3D graphics and cloud technologies were supplemented with QR codes and links, which made them convenient for use in the classroom.

Following the seminar, it was established that the GeoGebra program contributes to the easy and visual assimilation of complex mathematical concepts. In addition, the systematic use of digital tools helps to increase the cognitive interest of students and improve the methodological skills of teachers. Such scientific events help to strengthen cooperation between universities, exchange pedagogical innovations and make a significant contribution to the development of the modern educational process. The use of GeoGebra in teaching mathematics plays an important role in the development of spatial and logical thinking, as well as in deep and conscious acquisition of knowledge. This approach fully meets the needs of a modern student and, of course, opens up new prospects for the development of digital pedagogy in the future.
