      “Conqueror of the Skies – Mother Khiuaz”

      The Institute of Physics, Mathematics, and Digital Technologies, in collaboration with the Department of Information Technologies and Library Science, organized an educational and spiritual evening titled “Conqueror of the Skies – Mother Khiuaz”, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory.

      The main goal of the event was to foster patriotism, spiritual and moral values, and respect for historical figures among the younger generation.

      As part of the program, attendees watched a documentary film about the heroic life of Khiuaz Dospanova, which detailed her wartime feats and her contributions to the development of the country. The evening was filled with touching performances — songs, choral pieces, and poetry dedicated to her — that deeply moved the audience and added bright emotional moments to the event.

      A special highlight of the evening was an open conversation with Khiuaz Dospanova’s son, Yerbolat Shakuuly. He shared heartfelt memories of his mother, her character, heroic spirit, and strong moral principles toward her people. During the dialogue, audience members had the opportunity to ask questions, making the meeting deeply meaningful and educational
