      Women’s Leadership and Gender Equality Discussed as Part of the “Friday Meeting” Project

      Today, within the framework of the traditional project “Friday Meeting,” organized by the “Professional Practice and Career” department, a session on the topic “Women’s Leadership and Gender Equality” was held.

      The event’s honored guest was Tlektes Tleulina, Academic Director of the elite Kazakh school “Zaman.”

      The main goal of the meeting was to raise youth awareness about the role of women in modern society, develop leadership qualities, and emphasize the importance of adhering to the principles of gender equality.

      During the discussion, the speaker shared her professional success story and offered valuable advice on how to achieve leadership, maintain self-confidence, and reach goals in the professional field.
