An informational and educational meeting on the topic of “Women’s Health” was held at the Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University, organized by the Center for Mental Health Development. The event took place from May 12 to 16, 2025, as part of the program of the National Commission on Women’s Affairs and Family-Demographic Policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The main goal of the event was to raise awareness among female students about the female reproductive system, the prevention of gynecological diseases, and the promotion of a lifelong culture of health care. Special attention was given to the importance of regular medical check-ups, hormonal balance, and contraception.
The speaker, Ainur Aidarbekkyzy, a pediatric and adolescent gynecologist from the City Human Reproduction Center, covered current topics such as the characteristics of the female body, the menstrual cycle, consequences of early pregnancy, infertility, and sexually transmitted infections.
The meeting was held in an interactive format; students actively asked questions, shared opinions, and received detailed answers and professional recommendations. Informational materials aimed at preventing and strengthening reproductive health were distributed to participants.
The event is part of a systematic effort to strengthen young people’s responsibility for their own health, develop a conscious approach to motherhood, and promote a healthy lifestyle.
