"Restart": A Meeting Aimed at Preventing Internet Addiction Among Youth

      On May 14, a significant event called "Restart" took place at the Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University, organized within the framework of a project commissioned by the Youth Policy Department of Almaty city. The project is implemented by the National Ethnographic Public Fund "Adyrna."

      The goal of the project is to teach young people to use the internet space safely and consciously, improve digital literacy, and prevent internet addiction and gambling.

      During the meeting, experts and specialists held an open dialogue with participants, discussing the threats of the virtual world, the consequences of internet and gambling addiction, and sharing important recommendations for strengthening personal resources and developing self-awareness.

      "Restart" is not just a meeting but an initiative aimed at rethinking values and promoting a healthy lifestyle among youth.
