On May 27, a successful seminar-training titled "Fundamentals of Volunteering" was held on the initiative of the organizations Zhasyl El and Ashyk Zhurek, with the support of the National Volunteer Network Foundation.

The special guest speaker of the event was Ni Fanis, co-founder of The First Foundation and a certified trainer of the National Volunteer Network. He spoke in detail about the essence of volunteerism and its vital role in society, sharing his personal experiences.

During the seminar, students gained a deeper understanding of the importance of volunteering and received comprehensive information about its positive impact on society. In addition, they broadened their knowledge of personal development and soft skills, recognizing how crucial these are for their future professional and personal lives. Participants had their questions answered and left with new ideas and inspiration.

The central theme of the event — “Volunteering is not only about helping others but also a path to self-improvement” — resonated strongly throughout the day. The seminar made a significant contribution to fostering social responsibility among young people and shaping an active civic mindset.

According to the organizers, such trainings help develop leadership qualities in youth and pave the way for their meaningful engagement in society.
