The Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University has officially opened a new recording studio as part of the “Event Studio QyzPU” project. This initiative emerged from the “Startup Tomiris” competition, which has been successfully held at the university for the past two years.
In 2024, the project won 2nd place in the competition. It was developed by the “CLW Team”, a group of students from the “Cultural and Leisure Activities” program under the Department of Choreography and Art Management at the Institute of Social and Humanitarian Sciences and Arts.
The project’s goal is to foster students’ creative potential and provide training in the professional organization of cultural and public events. It also aims to cultivate essential soft skills such as teamwork, leadership, and responsibility.
The recording studio is one of the first tangible outcomes of this initiative. It provides students with the tools to professionally record and edit podcasts, advertisements, literary readings, and other media content — offering valuable hands-on experience and a platform for creative expression.
Looking ahead, the Event Studio QyzPU project plans to host celebratory events, concerts, and various cultural programs. The initiative is set to become a key university platform that bridges education with creativity, enriching student life and learning.
