Rector of Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University Gulmira Qanay Officially Concludes Her Tenure

  The academic community of the Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University (QyzPU) held a formal farewell ceremony to mark the conclusion of Gulmira Qanay’s term as Chair of the Board – Rector.

  During the ceremony, Sayasat Nurbek, Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, joined via video message to commend Gulmira Amirkhanovna’s substantial contributions to the development of the country’s higher education system. On behalf of himself and the Ministry, he expressed sincere gratitude and wished her continued success in her future endeavors.

  Additionally, Madiyar Kozhakhmet, Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, presented Gulmira Qanay with the “For Merit in Science” badge — a prestigious recognition of her years of impactful and dedicated work as Rector.
