      Duration of Study:
      Based on general secondary education (after 11th grade) – 2 years and 10 months

      Required Documents:

      • Application form
      • High school diploma (original and copy)
      • Medical certificate (Form 075-U with fluorography)
      • For persons with disabilities (Group I and II, and from childhood) – special medical certificate (Form 075-U)
      • Copy of ID card or passport
      • Child’s medical passport (Form 063)
      • Documents confirming eligibility for any benefits (if applicable)
      • Four 3x4 cm photographs
