      Dormitory Check-in Procedure

      Dear first-year students!
      Starting from August 26, you can submit an online application using the login and password sent to your phone number.

      After successfully submitting your application, you must visit the dormitory within three days to complete the check-in process.

      Required documents for check-in:

      • 2 copies of your ID card
      • 4 passport-size photos (3×4 cm)
      • 1 blue folder with 10 sheets of paper

      Submitting the application and completing all documents is a mandatory requirement for receiving a dormitory placement.
