![Motivational Meeting Held on the Topic “Personal Development and Leadership: The Formula for Success”]()
The Department of Personality Development and the Center for Women’s Leadership and Entrepreneurship organized a motivational meeting titled “Personal Development and Leadership: The Formula for Success.”
The special guest speaker was Diana Bakbergenova — PR & Media producer and founder of the platform artgala.kz. She shared her experience with students on developing leadership skills, self-presentation, and effective ways to achieve success in the professional environment.
The meeting was held in an interactive format: students actively asked questions and exchanged ideas. Participants from various faculties gained new insights, practical advice, and valuable motivation to pursue their own professional goals.
The event was organized in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically Goal 4 – “Quality Education.
