On October 9, 2025, a seminar-training session titled “The Art of Time Management: Effective Ways to Achieve Goals” was held in Dormitory No. 1 of the Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University. The event was conducted by Akbota Toleugalieva, a psychologist from the Center for Mental Health Development.
The aim of the training was to help female students learn how to manage their time effectively, set clear goals, and systematically work toward achieving them.
During the seminar, participants were introduced to the core principles of time management and explored practical techniques for time planning. Psychologist Akbota Toleugalieva discussed ways to identify life priorities, maintain motivation, and overcome psychological barriers on the path to success.
The session was held in an interactive format: students completed hands-on exercises, analyzed their daily routines, and created personal goal maps. They actively exchanged ideas and received useful advice on self-organization and personal development.
At the end of the training, the participants emphasized the importance of using time wisely to achieve both professional and personal goals, outlining specific steps for their future growth.
This initiative is carried out in line with one of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals — SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being.
