On October 10, 2025, a training session titled “The Path to Trust and Understanding” was held in Dormitory No. 7 of the Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University. The event was led by Nazereke Yesenamankyzy, a psychologist from the Center for Mental Health Development.
The main goal of the training was to foster a culture of communication among female students, develop skills for mutual understanding and support, and strengthen emotional resilience and inner harmony.
During the session, participants explored the importance of trust-based communication, took part in psychological games and practical exercises. The psychologist shared valuable tips on improving communication skills, emotional regulation, and active listening.
The training took place in a warm and open atmosphere, allowing students to express their feelings freely and gain a deeper understanding of one another. Participants emphasized the importance of trust and mental balance as key factors influencing overall quality of life.
The event was carried out in alignment with United Nations Sustainable Development Goal No. 3: Good Health and Well-being.
