    • QyzPU and the Consulate General of Iran Discuss Development of Cooperation

      An official meeting was held at the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University (QyzPU) with representatives of the Consulate General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Almaty.

      The main goal of the event was to expand partnerships in the fields of education and science, implement joint academic and cultural projects, and discuss the development of international mobility for students and faculty.

      From the university side, participants included Acting Chair of the Board – Rector Sabit Suatay, Head of the International Cooperation Department Saltanat Zhakubayeva, Director of the Institute of Philology Aigul Satbekova, Head of the Educational Program "Professional Training of Foreign Language Teachers" Aigerim Aliakbarova, and Acting Associate Professor Roza Sadykova.

      The Consulate General of the Islamic Republic of Iran was represented by Consul General in Almaty, Sona Ahmadi, Head of the Cultural Mission, Agazada Hossein, as well as interpreters Indira Abdykalykova and Nuradil Dosmurat.

      During the meeting, the two sides discussed current areas of cooperation in education, mechanisms for developing academic mobility, and opportunities to strengthen cultural ties.

      At the conclusion of the visit, the guests toured the QyzPU university campus and museum, expressing high appreciation for the institution’s history and achievements.

      This meeting aims to deepen cultural and academic partnerships between the two countries and to expand QyzPU's international cooperation network.
