"Persistence Leads to Success": Young Entrepreneur Yersin Sultan Shares His Experience with Students

      The Department for Personality Development, together with the Center for Women’s Leadership and Entrepreneurship, organized a masterclass titled “The Path to Financial Independence Through YouTube” featuring entrepreneur, content marketing expert, and successful young YouTuber Yersin Sultan.

      The main goal of the event was to expand students' digital and entrepreneurial thinking and to introduce them to effective tools for earning income on the YouTube platform.

      During the masterclass, the speaker shared his personal experience in modern media and explained the key principles of creating successful content. Participants learned how to attract an audience, optimize videos, and monetize a YouTube channel.

      Yersin Sultan also emphasized that the foundation of success lies in personal growth and persistence:

      “Today, everyone has the opportunity to share their ideas with the world. Only a persistent person, even after falling, achieves success. So if you want to go into business or marketing — be persistent,” he noted.

      At the end of the event, students had the chance to ask questions and share their thoughts.

      The masterclass was organized in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, contributing to SDG 4 — Quality Education, SDG 8 — Decent Work and Economic Growth, and SDG 17 — Partnerships for the Goals.
